We provide the broadest portfolio for the air transport industry, including: Managed global communications, infrastructure and outsourcing services Services for airline commercial management, passenger operations, flight operations, aircraft operations, air-to-ground communications, airport management and operations, baggage operations, transportation security and border management, cargo operations and more IT Engineers - Airport (Yogyakarta, Solo, Semarang) IDR 3000000 - 8000000 Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surakarta (Jawa Tengah), Yogyakarta Responsibilities: Provide field operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).   To ensure the correct functioning and maintenance of all internal and external customer IT equipment and services.   Carry out local repairs of faulty equipment and services to the highest standards and coordinate the resolution with the appropriate resolver group.   Ensure shortest possible repair cycle by initiating the timely return of faulty Customer equipment according to the customer maintenance contract and SLAs and monitoring closely the replacement of faulty items and spares.   Manage the replacement of faulty equipment through the use of spares, and ensuring the timely replenishment the spare according to prescribed availability and sparing policy.   Use the appropriate tools and equipment to perform the installation, intervention, and repairs in accordance with the Field Operations guidelines and instructions where provided.   Reporting and escalating all observed problems to proper operational • escalation points. Responsibilities:

2G and 3G Network Planning and Optimization.
Analyze network performance.
Analyze drive test result (including layer 3 message analysis) and do some optimization.
Monitor and analyze KPI Network statistics on daily basis.
Achieve and maintain the radio network performance as per the contracted KPIs.
PS and HSDPA performance improvement (Accessibility, Retainabilty and throughput).
Perform RNPI & RNPO activities such as: radio optimization, statistical handling and analysis, radio recording function, RAN parameter adjustment, RAN features optimization, field measurements, SSV, SSO.
Perform support for the customer complain related to radio network design and optimization.
3G-3G, 3G-2G Neighbors Audit and Optimization.
Perform troubleshoot for problematic cells and perform traces using Ericsson OSS tools which sites have a poor coverage, quality and low statistic performance with MOSHELL, Winfiol, OSS (GPEH, UETR and CTR), Statistic counters, and plot coverage & quality in MapInfo.
Responsible to get Quality Certificate (QC), contains information that acceptable performance has been reached on the new site and expansion BSS.
