Requirements

• Male/Female, S1 from Psychology with minimum GPA of 2.70
• Max. 25 years old
• Strong knowledge in various psychology assessment tools (administering, scoring, interpreting), interview and recruitment sourcing method
• Excellent in filling & reporting system, able to work in the fast pace and under pressure situation
• Able to handle personnel administrations works such as employee database, medical claim, absence, take care of business travels , etc
• Multi tasking, open to learn new things, have high standard of achievement and commitment, highly initiative person, dynamic, energetic, self motivated
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Able to work independently as well as in team
• Fluent in English (oral)
• Advance ability in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Internet)
