JOB SUMMARY: Manage the opportunity sales campaign and close opportunities using deep sales process and offering expertise through third party (BPO) and own sales force Balance strategy for BPO and own sales force Sell balance KPI on BTEL & BCON products/services Coordinate internal approvals, sales team resources, manage solution/proposition development and client interactions Effectively engage with the clients especially the top level of the clients to maintain their continued upsell/cross sell/repeat order proposition Ensure a Competitive Advantage is created.
