Desktop Support Engineer (Code : DSE)

Essential Function:
You are responsible to maintain the customer relationship, delivery the implementation and provide onsite troubleshooting. You are expected to have some experience in PC server, desktop, network (LAN) and PABX troubleshooting / installation and willing to work overtime

System Developer / IT PC Support Engineer

Job Descriptions:

• Analysis and design system requirement and specification.
• Develop, test and evaluate the new enhancement/existing system.
• Produce the integrated application system which can accommodate our users’ requirement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree from computer science, information technology or any related studied.
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Have good knowledge on current software development technology
• Have deep knowledge in Oracle Database, PL/SQL Delphi and other tools

2. IT PC Support Engineer

Job Descriptions :

• Provide day-to-day operational support related to computer equipment namely, desktop PC, notebook, thin client, printer, projectors, video conferense equipment form inclusiof of regional office and estates.
• Provide coordination to Network and Data Center team in performing monitoring and servicing work activities with vendors.
• Ensure PC Support team performance is within SLA commitment.
• Maintain proper and clear service report and technical documentation

Qualification :

• Bachelor degree in Information technology
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in IT.
• Good customer service
• Good communication in english, both verbal and written. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work at Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau (nearby Pekanbaru).
