Finance & Accounting Staff

Requirements :

• Female, age 21 – 25 years old
• D3 / S1 Accounting / Finance degree
• Available join Asap
• English Active

Jobdes requirement will be:

• Handling AP

1. Maintaining Invoice & Payment of Vendor & Subcont Database
2. Entry all data to software

• Familiar with English, Email, Excelsheet, Accounting, Journal, and Internet is a must
• Friendly with Tally Software is advantage
• Maintaining Petty cash office
• Maintaining reconcile of Advance & reimburshment local employee to be input to tally
• Maintaining reconcile of AP travel agent lokal
• Maintaining input manual bank  transaction (submission to bank)
• Strong in Accounting & Journal
• Handling Tax (VAT, WHT23, WHT4/2) ,Reconcile and prepare Tax Report (will be an advantage)

IT Engineer, Cost Controller, Tax & Finance

PT Pacific Fiber Indonesia is one of Multinational Company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East Kalimantan Area. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions:

1. IT ENGINEER (IT-ENGR)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle infrastructure (LAN, Server, Router) and SAP System with strong computer and communication skill.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology Computer.
• Having at least 2 years experience as IT Engineer.
• Good analytical and problem solving skill

§ Fluent in English & Mandarin.

§ Discipline, honest, Initiative, team-work, self-motivated, dynamic.

§ Willing to work in Kenangan-Balikpapan .

2. COST CONTROLLER (CC)

The successful candidate will be familiar to handle project costing, inventory control, budget, management report, monitor all cost activities and Identify and report trends in the project financial performance with strong computer, communication skill & Leadership.

Requirements:

· Age max. 40 years old.

· Candidate must Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Min. GPA 3.0.

• Minimum 3 years experienced as Cost Controller in Forestry & Manufacturing Industry.

· Familiar in SAP system.

· Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)

· Willing to work in Telukwaru, Balikpapan , East Kalimantan .

3. TAX SUPERVISOR (T-SPV)

The successful candidate will be handle all tax activities such as plan and monitor the calculation and payment of all taxes also prepare annual income tax and PPh.

Requirements:

§ Bachelor degree in Accounting or Tax with Min. GPA.3,0.

§ Minimum 3 years experience in the same positions.

§ Good skills in Accounting, Tax, Reporting, computer and SAP software.

§ Excellent knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations.

§ Excellent interpersonal skill and good leadership.

§ Good Communication in English both oral and written and Computer Literate (Mandarin skills is preferred)

• Willing to work in Balikpapan .
