Network Administrator (NA)

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• Have at least two (2) years working experience as Network Administrator.
• Assist in production troubleshooting 24/7
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
• Familiar with the change management procedures.
• Ability to learn fast.
• Self-motivated and resourceful.
• Able to work independently
• Good command of English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Interacts with team leaders and technical staff

Required skills:

• Possesses excellent knowledge and experiences of administering and installation UNIX/Linux operating system.
• Have knowledge of Windows Server operating system.
• Network Architecture (LAN and WAN) is an absolute must.
• Have a good understanding in implementation TCP-IP, IP-Subnet, IP-Routing and DNS.
• Installation, configuring and managing PC Router and Firewall, Switch, WAP and other network devices.
• Database basic fundamentals installation and configuration.
• Managing Web server, Domain, Bandwidth, LDAP, FTP server, DNS server, and Database server.
• Knowledge of version control application (Subversion) will be highly advantageous.
• Knowledge in application deployment environment (Oracle/Websphere application server) will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Hardware installation, configurations and troubleshooting
