Senior 3G RNO Engineer (Consultant Level)

Availalbe Working Location: Jakarta / Surabaya / Bali&Lombok

Package/Salary: 20millionIDR ~40million IDR/Month

Responsibilities

Development and issue of the Radio Network Planning and Optimization strategy.
Development of KPI metrics to ensure compliance with the contractual requirements.
Routine project meetings with Huawei & Operator RF team and Team.
Lead the development and implementation of processes to be followed by RF teams.
Responsible for leading RF team members to carry out RF optimization activities on networks including: coverage predictions traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing& DT analysis, performance analysis and monitoring, cell planning etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
Minimum 4 years experience in 2G or 3G RF planning and optimization (excluding DT experience).
Excellent technical knowledge of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS RF planning and optimization
Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network systems
Hands-on experience in the areas and tools of radio network planning and optimization.
Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
Can work under pressure and able to work at mid-night.
Team player and also can work individual.
Proficient in English both oral and written.
Multi Vendor Optimization Experience (Huawei, Nokia Siemens or Ericsson) is advantage.
Willing to be placed and travel all around Indonesia.
