3G Engineer / 2G Engineer

• Has hands on experience with UMTS Network in Ericsson Network at least for 2 years 3G Engineer, 3 years for 2G/3G Engineer Specialist
• Familiar with Ericsson’s RF feature and parameter for WCDMA
• Familiar with Ericsson’s tool such as MCCM, MOSHELL
• Able to perform network statistic analysis, accessibility, retain ability and integrity
• Able to perform drive test analysis and post processing data
• Able to perform WCDMA trouble shooting for high drop call (CS and PS), high admission congestion low itc connection and low CSSR for CS, PS
• Able to perform analysis and read WCDM alarm information
• Has good attitude and able to have good communication with team, leader and customer

WCDMA RAN - RNC ENGINEER

Requirements:

• RF Engineers should have extensive knowledge in NPI (Network Performance Improvement) projects and also within a UMTS NPI environment.
• Knowledge with the different RAB services (CS, PS, HSDPA, and EUL).
• Optimized networks using statistics.
• Experience with the OSS (WNCS, UETR, RAN Explorer, Element manager etc.) and knows how to operate them.
• Background with live data KPIs and tools. Business objects experience is preferred.
• Familiar with the RAN features in UMTS (P6 preferred)
