Due to expansion in business the company is seeking qualified candidate to apply for the following position.
2G & 3G RF PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION ENGINEER
Work Base: Surabaya (2), Semarang (1) , Palembang (1)
Objective:
- Reports to RNP / O Manager
- Manage Subcontractors
- Cooperate with Vendor and Customer Engineers
Role purpose & and main tasks:
- Review the radio network planning guidelines and main principles
- Responsible for the improvement of radio network planning quality
- Plan New Sites, Relocate Sites, Optimize antenna systems, to achieve better overall Network Quality
- Provide 3G Planning & Optimization technical support
- Measure and monitor network Performance
- Report and recommend network changes to continuously improve network performance
- Monitor the network KPI's and take appropriate action to ensure the network meets all the defined KPI's between Vendor and Customer
- Investigate and resolve network performance issues
- Responsible for trouble shooting (RF issues)
- Respond to Customer Complains on RF issues & improve customer
- satisfaction through optimization actions
- Review ,check & ensure quality results on Planning output
Knowledge, skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge of RF planning and optimization. More than 4 years Radio
- Network Planning and Optimization experience on 3G/2G and more than 4 years overall
- Familiar with Radio network planning and optimization tools (Vendor Tools beneficial)
- Strong experiences in Radio propagation, trouble shooting, Stats analysis and drive test analysis on 3G
- Understand 2G/3G Intersystem mobility principals
- Can edit professional radio network planning, optimization and performance evaluation reports
Personality / Other:
- Willing to share experience and open to discussion (Team player)
- Must have good presentation and communication skill
- Strong focus on delivery, achieving tide schedule targets and quality results
- Excellent English Skills
