Head of IT

Responsibilities: 

Planning and managing overall Information Technology matters including support and troubleshoot all IT related issues which include but are not limited to Operating System, Firewall, Security Appliances, Network Equipment, Network Cabling, Desktop PC and Office Automation tools

Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree of Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Familiar with VBA language (Macros), SQL, Juniper Firewall, Cisco Switches, Active Directory and Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Minimum 5 years related working experiences. Preferably in Capital Market or Banking industry.
• Good command in written and spoken English.
• Self-initiative, demonstrate good team work and good communication skill.

IT Executive (Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• As first line support being it in telephone or on-site. The person(s) will be assigned on a project basis and will be on 24 x 7 standbys.
• To understand and learn all the architecture of the system delivered by IB Tech to the customer.
• Prepares the preliminary trouble-shooting checklist for all IB Tech system in the field.
• Will perform corrective (troubleshooting) and preventive of software maintenance for all system delivered by IB Tech to the customer.
• Prepares and submit a problem report and update the field service report on the root cause and resolution of the problem
• Will give a best recommendation or solution of the problem report, whenever required by IB Tech customer or Supervisor.
• Prepare change analysis proposal and involve in variation order project development.
• Early involvement in all development projects in order to have a good understanding on the system flow and environment, therefore after project handover, you will be able to take or maintain the system.
• Must be able to travel whenever required to the IB Tech customer site office or project site.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer or Computer related studies.
• Strong programming, troubleshooting, analytical & problem solving skills
• Programming – C++, Java, Unix Shell Scripting, Web programming
• Strong knowledge in UNIX OS, ie Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Linux, etc
• Database – concept of RDBMS, Oracle, PL SQL. Experience as a Oracle Database Administrator would be an advantage.
• Networking – Network Cabling, Juniper, Cisco
• Experience in Customer Service, Telco business procedures, Intelligent Network, SIP and IP Network.
