Sr. NSN 2G/3G Radio Planning Engineer
6+ years experience in RF Planning using NetAct and Assett RF Planning tools.

RF Engineer

Responsible :

• Responsible for design and optimization activities on networks including; cell planning, Propagation Model Tuning, coverage predictions, traffic dimensioning, interference analysis, drive-testing, and performance analysis and monitoring

Qualifiacations :

• Diploma / Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunications or related field of study
• Knowledge of RF test equipment, data collection methodology, and RF data analysis
• Able to operate RF Prediction tools,i.e: NetAct/PlaNet/Asset (aircomm) for both 2G and 3G.
• Able to do Site Investigation Survey (SIS) and Technical site surveys (TSS)
• Able to do Propagation Model Tuning
• Willing to work in indonesia big cities.
• Able to come up with RF Analysis based on Drive test and Prediction data.
• Abble to Control and manage the workload and performance of the SIS and drive test
• Understand the fundamentals of GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS network system
• Willing to travel in and around Indonesia
• Customer oriented, proactive, self driven and able to meet tight deadlines of project
• Familiar work with Telecom Vendor and Operators
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English
• Abbility to make impressive reports and presentation.

Due to expansion of our Telecom business to Major Client in Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with strong Cellular RF Planning, Optimization and Database for the following positions:

3G RF Planner (code: RFP)

Qualifications:

• Has wide experience of doing Site surveys for Major customers like NSN, Ericsson and Huawei
• Able to create Coverage Plot with reputable Planning tools (at least one) such as NETACT, PlaNET, A955 or ASSET
• Familiar with RF Link Budget either for Indoor and Outdoor BTS
• Able to do Frequency Planning (GSM) or Code Planning (WCDMA)
• Familiar with creation of 3G sites integration database

General Requirements:

• Good command of English, due to overseas nature of the clients.
• Willing to work in Bali and Nusa Tenggara
• Posses relevant and reputable university Polytechnic or Bachelor degree majoring in Electronic/Telecommunication
• Having 2 years experience in the same position
• Familiar with Nokia and Siemens equipment is a must

* Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical or Information Technology
* Min 1 year of experiences in technical support of Radio Access Network of Broadband Wireless Access (WiFI, UMTS-TDD, WiMAX)
* Experiences in RF Network Design or Implementation
* Experiences in Microwave or Optics Transmission
* Hand-on experiences in Propagation Tool (EDX-Pro, NetACT, PlanetEV, etc)
* Familiar with Linux/Unix operating system with Shell Scripting and VB/Excel Macro


Programming
* Solid Technical knowledge of radio interfaces and protocol of WiMAX technology
* Knowledge IP Network Design, Topologies, and Fundamental of would be advantage
* Hand-on experiences in Test and Measurement Equipment (such as RF Spectrum Analyzer, SiteMaster)
* Willing to travel
* Skill in Mentoring and Knowledge Transfer
