PT. java*Cell is an established contractor for “Telecommunication Engineering Services” based in Jakarta. We have Project Offices in Central Java, East Java and North Sumatera.

In order to response our growth challenge, we currently need employees to fill in the position of:

2G/3G PLO Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Integrating the new site with the existing 2G/3G sites. This includes initial tuning in site bases or cluster basis.
• Network performance report, neighbor and BSS parameter analysis.
• Drive Test log file analysis and generate the report based on the analysis.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting the statistics/counters performance based on the KPI reports.
• RF, and BSS database parameter changing to meet the KPI.
• Report writing and meeting the customer.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience in post drive testing processing, e.g: MapInfo, Actix, TEMS Route Analysis, Nemo Analyzer, etc.
• Experience in using drive testing tools, e.g: TEMS, Nemo, etc.
• Experience in KPI optimization.
• At least 1 - 2 years experience in PLO.
• Having experience in performing BTS swap would be a plus.
• Having experience in NSN, Siemens infrastucture would be a plus.
• Willing to travel and located in any provinces of Indonesia.
• Willing to learn new task and involve in various task.
• Single and Team player.
• Self motivated person.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering.
• Customer focus and Quality oriented person.

Due to expansion of our Telecom business to Major Client in Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with the following positions:

SENIOR 2G/3G RF OPTIMIZATION (Code: RF)

Qualifications:

• Has experience in RF Network Optimization for more than 5 years

• Has capability of Senior RF Optimization and experienced to lead technical team

• Has capability of Live Network Swapping related to statistical counter mapping analysis

• Has experience of RF Strategic Optimization, frequency retune, global parameter changes

• Good knlowledge of 2G/3G Nokia BSS parameter and counters (Mandatory)

• Advanced levels of skills of KPI optimization in the network (like 2G/3G BSS parameters skills, 2G GPRS/EDGE knowledge, etc.)

• Good knowledge in 2^nd carrier implementation in 3G technology (3G RF Optimization)

• Good knowledge of intersystem handover or inter frequency handover in 2G/3G technology

• Experience of KPI Network Initial Tuning site basis and clusters basis acceptance

• BSC Owner Capability in analysis and maintaining KPI Network BSC levels

• Nokia RF Optimization tools (Plan edit, Batrana, ND report, Oss NetAct counter)

• Good knowledge of post drive test analysis using Map Info, TEMS route analysis, Nemo Analyzer, Actix, etc.

• Willing to work under preasure and limited time line

• Strong interpersonal skill in technical to present the acceptance with Customer

• Willing to be located in Bali as home base

General Requirements:

• Good command in English, due to overseas nature of the clients.

• Willing to work in Bali and Nusa Tenggara

• Posses relevant and reputable university Polytechnic or Bachelor degree majoring in Electronic/Telecommunication

• Familiar with Nokia and Siemens equipment is a must
