Mobile Switching Center (MSC) Engineer

^{General Requirement}

• ^{Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication}
• ^{Having minimum 2 years experience and maximum 7 years}
• ^{Functional Area in IT / Telecom - Software}
• ^{Work location for Surabaya based, but willing to travel and relocate across Indonesia on company assignment}
• ^{Proficiency in English (written/spoken)}
• ^{Good Interpersonal and communication skills, smart and hard working, able to work under pressure, proactive and having good initiative (understanding for cross cultural circumstance)}

^{Required skills:}

• ^{Functional domain knowledge along with Unix/Linux environment, C/C++, UML, TAU}
• ^{IP Knowledge and Experience with Analysis of IP Planning for CISCO technology;}
• ^{Experience with planning for Expansion, Swap and Rehomings for network elements;}
• ^{Perform network design of the speech and signaling Core CS Networks;}
• ^{Experience in optimization of voice, signaling and routing plans to improve performance}
• ^{of network elements}
• ^{SMT & MTS for Call Control (wireless and Mobile Networks),}
• ^{Mobility Management, Real time embedded databases, OAM & Intelligent Networks (CAMEL-SSF).}
• ^{Support feature implementation: analysis, data/parameters definition and network test supervision}
