We are one of the fastest growing mining & coal trading company, having its site in South and East Kalimantan. Currently we are mining and exporting our coal to various countries. Now we are in the process of expanding our business, looking for several good candidate for :

1. FORMALITIES (Jakarta)

• Female and min. Diploma Degree.
• Have experience min. 2 (two) years in formalities and understand exptriates documents process (i.e. KITAS, IMTA, etc).
• Can speak and write in English fluently.
• Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel in (inside and outside Indonesia).

2. GENERAL ADMINISTRATION (Samarinda & Banjarmasin)

• Female and min. Diploma Degree.
• Hard working and Having min. 2 (two) years of working experience as General Administration especially in coal trading company.
• Can speak and write in English fluently.
• Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Able to work under pressure.

3. LEGAL OFFICER

• Male / Female, age 30 - 40 years old.
• Bachelor Degree (Strata 1) in Law.
• Have min. 2 (two) years experience in mining industry preferably from coal mining company.
• Fluent in English, Excellent communication and have excellent presentation skills.
• Understand all legal aspects, especially the process of mining permit.
• To be stationed in Jakarta with some traveling.

4. RECEPTIONIST (Samarinda & Banjarmasin)

• Female and and min. Diploma Degree.
• Hard working and Having min. 2 (two) years of working experience as Receptionist.
• Can speak and write in English fluently.
• Have computer skill in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).

5. ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR

• Female and the candidate must be possess from Bachelor s Degree in Accounting.
• Hard working and Having min 3 (three) years of working experience as Account Supervisor in Commercial/ Coal Trading Company.
• Experience with any Accounting Software.

Job Description:
1. Ensure timely and accurate Coal, Barge and other Payments.
2. Online updation of all suppliers payment and keeping record for long term advances.
3. Ensure correct Penalties / Bonus Calculation (In line with Contract) for all Coal Suppliers Payment.
4. Proper Fund Planning and co ordination with Singapore Team for Timely Transfer.
5. Understanding of all Coal / Barge Contracts.
6. Execution of Forwards deals.
7. Supervision of Accounts Payable Team.
