Sr. Mgr Business Analyst (Finance)

Job Description Coordinating and working closely with business unit on preparation of Financials analysis for annual AOP and Reforecast exercise Produce business plan, margin analysis, cash flows review and funding projection Review of variance analysis for budget vs spends & periodic re-forecasts to raise alerts for corrective action Assess controls’ adequacy for key operational risks and address gaps if any Requirement a. Competencies : Able to demonstrate good commercial acumen, the ability to analyze and identify key issues from both financial and business data Comfortable in liaising with the Division Heads and senior people from business division to craft financial analysis and from multiple inputs including financial, commercial, regulatory etc Resourceful in obtaining relevant information and opinion; enjoy the challenge of putting together pieces of information in an unstructured environment Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills. A team player and highly motivated with positive work ethics and possess the drive and passion towards achieving organization’s goals b. Education : Tertiary degree qualification in finance or economics related field and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, CIMA etc. c.
