IT SPECIALIST
(To be Permanent Employee)
- Developing, implementing, supporting and maintaining Application System.
- Suggesting and providing IT solutions to businesses
- Develop and execute daily backup system
- Participates in long and short range technology planning.
- Maintains documentation regarding IT equipment, network configuration, operating procedures, and service records relating to network hardware and software.
- Assist in preparation of proposals and solution presentations
- Maintains Windows systems, business applications, anti-virus protection, email, and authentication administration
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution, operating system patches and software upgrades, and routine hardware configuration
- Background education : Have Bachelor degree (preferably computer science/engineering related)
- Working experience : More than 3 years experience in Programming and ITSupport
- Computer qualification :
- In depth knowledge and experience in SQL and programming using VB net, developing and maintain the application system
- Good understanding for base networking (TCP/IP), DNS, DHCP, Windows Server and other related to windows server
- Previous responsibility for providing customer support
- English qualification : good communication skills both verbal & written
- Attention to detail
