Senior Network Engineer (SNE)

With the following requirements :

• Having a Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from a reputable university
• Deep knowledge in IT Networking (Cisco Certification is a plus)
• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, IP tables, load balancers
• Having knowledge/experience in intrusion prevention system, web application firewall is a plus
• Strong ability to diagnose IT networking related problems and solve it
• Experience in managing mission critical environment (ready for 7x24 support/on-call)
• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP (concept and addressing)
• Used to perform good documentation
• Having hands-on experience for 2-5 years

• Education : Tertiary education (Bachelor’s Degree preferred) in Computer Science or Electro- Telecommunication.
• TCP/IP, IP Tables, Cisco routers, Firewall, Internet Services.
  
• Possesses excellent installation and trouble shooting Hardware and Software.
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and strong stress management skills.
• Able to manage escalation situations and customer experience.
