1. Optimization Engineer [SEMARANG, SURABAYA, MAKASSAR]
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· Expert in Performance Management: Network performance utilized management for KPI achievement
· Have Capability to Solve Network Related Problem
· Fluent in English both oral & writing
2. DT Engineer [SEMARANG, SURABAYA, MAKASSAR, BANJARMASIN]
· Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· Perform 3G/4G drive test
· Understand packet data drive testing
· Fluent in English both oral & writing
3. DT Leader [SEMARANG, SURABAYA, MAKASSAR]
· Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· Minimum 5 years of experience in drive test
· Fluent in English both oral & writing
4. Customer Complaint Engineer[SEMARANG, SURABAYA, MAKASSAR]
· Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· To handle customer complaint
· As network surveillance front office
· Create trouble ticket
· Fluent in English both oral & writing
5. RF Analyst Engineer [SEMARANG, SURABAYA, MAKASSAR]
· Minimum Diploma in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· Analyze DT log file
· Provide performance improvement recommendation
· Fluent in English both oral & writing
6. High Value Customer Care (VIP Complaint) Engineer [JAKARTA]
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication / Electrical / IT
· Experienced in Network Optimization
· Performance monitoring
· Fluent in English both oral & writing

PLO Engineer (Code: PLO)

PLO Engineer Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Graduated from S1 in Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunication Engineering
• Min 2 years experience as PLO Engineer in NOKIA/SIEMENS
• Ability to analyze of counters
• Ability to analyze and change database parameter for new sites, and expand the quality of network to achieve KPI target SD-Drop, TCH-Drop, Blocking
• Analyze and optimize log file DT with TEMS
• Make report of KPI target achieved and send to customer to be reviewed
• Willing to learn new tasks and involve in various projects
• Willing to travel and located in around Indonesia
