Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Job Description :- Solve the client requirement on the IT by analyze the client requirement, client business process and define the solution, develop the solution and implement the solution on the client following the project plan to complete the project in scope, in time and in budget.
- Conduct the analysis of customer business process (As Is Analysis), customer requirements, to define the new business blue print including the form layout, report layout, data specification and database relationship.
- Support project management team in selected the appropriate solution of client requirement by evaluate the product that available on the market.
- Conduct the realization activities (development process, configuration, data migration, testing and User Acceptance Test (UAT), to ensure all deliverables are accepted.
- Coordinates with programmer and/or junior programmer and handle roles as mediator between customer and programmer/developer to achieve project target time and objective.
- Perform Quality Assurance by conducting testing (Integration testing) and performing quality assurance checks on system design to ensure the project achievement level
- Conduct and control the master data population, conversion to ensure the data requirement is met
- Develop training materials to users to ensure training materials are aligned with the system requirement and understandable for users
- Conduct and support the execution of training to users to ensure users able to use the system
- Manage all project documentation (specification of program and its activities, minutes meeting, schedule, etc) by collecting, updating, and filling to make them available when required.
- Support user requirement by provide the system configuration, developing customization, testing and deployment (including cutover strategy).
- Provide post-implementation support in solve the operational problems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Business, IT, Engineering.
- Min 3 years experience as Business Analyst, Project Manager
- Smart and good analytical thinking
- Customer service oriented, able to work in a team, able to work under pressure, flexible, achievement oriented, self motivated, high initiatives skill
- English speaking & Writing is a must
- Advance knowledge in Software designing concept and tool
- Familiar with Cisco, Software Sun system, Microsoft, Oracle.
- Understand and has experience in workflow application
- Preferably from IT Industry.
