Due to expansion of our Telecom business to Major Client in Indonesia, we are seeking highly motivated individuals with the following positions:

2G/3G PLO Engineer (Code: PLO)

Qualifications:

Having more than 2 year experience as 2G/3G PLO Engineer
At least 1 years of experience on NOKIA system (Telkomsel project will be preferable)
Has ability to analyze ND reports, Batrana and NOKIA BSS parameter knowledge
Advanced levels of skills of KPI optimization in the network (like BSS parameters skills, GPRS/EDGE knowledge etc)
Live Network Swapping experience will be beneficial
Experience of KPI Network Initial Tuning site basis and clusters basis acceptance
Daily Network Healt Monitoring and accordingly taking action on key performance indicator (KPI) parameter (e.g. DCR, CSSR, CSR, SDSR, HOSR) to meet the KPI requirements
Analysis KPI RF Radio Parameter such as Signal strength, RxLevel, RxQual and SQI
Analysis drive test log files and scheduling for drive tester.
Good knowledge of post drive test analysis using Map Info, TEMS route analysis, Nemo Analyzer, Actix, etc.
Relevant experience on Nokia BTS for optimization
Strong interpersonal skill, team player, initiative and able to work under minimum supervision

General Requirements:

Good command in English, due to overseas nature of the clients.
Willing to work in Bali and Nusa Tenggara
Posses relevant and reputable university Polytechnic or Bachelor degree majoring in Electronic/Telecommunication
Familiar with Nokia and Siemens equipment is a must
