Job Responsibility:
1. Billing Assurance of Post-paid role :
· Ensure and review all the billing assurance activity.
2. Revenue Assurance of Roaming :
· To monitor High Usage Report (HUR) or Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange (NRTRDE)
· To prepare periodice trends of Roaming Costs and Roaming Revenue.
· To monitor the collections of Roaming Receivables.
· To review new roaming set up
· To monitor the Roaming traffics on a daily basis.
· To coordinate with the IT dept should we find errors or problems with the above activities.
Job Requirements:
· Min. Bachelor Degree.
· At least 2 years experience in Revenue Assurance.
· At least 4 years experience in a telecommunication company.
· Fluent in English, both oral and written.
· Have strong analytical skills to understand and investigate problems.
· Be self initiative and detailed person
· Have a good communication skill
· Have a good team work to liaise with various departments, including following up the issues
· Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
