The 3G RO Engineer's position requires Ericsson equipment experience.
Requirements:
• Very good experience of E/// 3G tools (MOshell explorer, N explorer, SQL analyzer).
• Hands on OSS RC3 tools.
• Performance monitoring of NodeB RNC nodes.
• Excellent knowledge in performing and analyzing RNC traces (GPEH, UETR, CTR)
• Analyze Drive Test log files and give recommendations.
• Work on troubleshooting problematic cells / parameters tuning/ performance monitoring and improvement of the Radio Network.
• Ensuring and keeping the performance of the radio network at the highest possible level by providing that problems /degradations are handled swiftly, and that the contracted KPI's are fulfilled.
• Experience in R-PMO and TEMS visualization.
• Hands on using Mapinfo and MCOM 3G.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
