1. Position: SOC Technical Director
Job Description & Responsibility
• In charge of Service Operation Center (SOC) contract fulfilment according to SOC-MS contract which consist of Service KPI and Experience KPI.
• In charge of Service Operation Center (SOC) team cost management.
• In charge of customer satisfaction in regard to Service Operation Center (SOC) deliverable.
• In charge for key action and risk control of Service Operation Center (SOC) during delivery, especially of major events and activities.
• In charge of skill improvement of Service Operation Center (SOC) team
• Supporting wireless pre-sales activities.
• In charge of customized dashboard for regular task and high level requirement.
• Follow up performance issue escalated from expert team, closely coordinate with HQ for issue closing.
• Setup (and keep update) strategic plan and activities, align with Customer goals.

Requirement
• Bachelor degree
• Will be place in Jakarta office
• Working experience minimum 10 years in RF and minimum 5 years as manager or lead the team
• RF skills on network planning and optimization
• Have experience on E2E network improvement based on service and experience KPI
• Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment Proactive, self-driven, team player and able to work with less supervisory
• Fit with Huawei culture

2. Position: Deputy MS Performance Director
Job Description & Responsibility
• In charge of E2E network performance management (NPM) contract fulfilment according to MS contract including OSS KPI, Service KPI and Experience KPI.
• In charge of network performance management (NPM) team cost management.
• In charge of customer satisfaction in regard to network performance management (NPM) deliverable.
• In charge for key action and risk control of network performance assurance during delivery, especially of major events and activities.
• In charge of skill improvement of network performance management (NPM) team
• Supporting wireless pre-sales activities.
• In charge of customized optimization strategy for wireless project.
• Follow up performance issue escalated from expert optimization engineer team, closely coordinate with HQ for issue closing.
• In charge for organize regular network performance audit.

Requirement
• Bachelor degree
• Will be place in Jakarta office
• Working experience minimum 10 years in RF and minimum 5 years as manager or lead the team
• RF skills on network planning and optimization
• Have experience on E2E network improvement based on service and experience KPI not only OSS and DT KPI
• Experience working in team-oriented, collaborative environment Proactive, self-driven, team player and able to work with less supervisory
• Fit with Huawei culture
