NW Planning & Optimization Engineer to TURKEY

We need NW Planning & Optimization Engineer to TURKEY.
Start in JANUARY 2019, project duration max 6 month, no Extension.

Strong working experience on 2.5G/3G/4G systems (Radio network planning & optimization) for at least 5 years. SRAN knowledge is a plus.
• Good working experience on Nokia 2.5G/3G/4G parameters, counters and KPIs, features for at least 5 years.
• Ability to do own Configuration Changes on Netact OSS via, good understanding of SBTS commissioning troubleshooting to analyze high level problems
• Experience in observing and communicating cases to care engineers after major and minor release upgrades.
• In depth trouble-shooting capability from analysis of network statistics and drive test logs.
• Good overall understanding of Nokia Networks solutions in mobile
Proficient in spoken and written English
