2G/3G/LTE Planning Design & Optimizaiton TL

1.    10 years or above experience in GSM/WCDMA/LTE network planning & optimization project. Huawei product related is preferred.
2.    Good communication external and internal, speak Arabic is preferred.
3.    Have rich RF experience in order to design RF solution for GUL expansion project.
4.    Have high sensibility to find potential technical, procedure risk during project delivery.
5.    Be able to balance between customer's satisfaction and project cost
6.    Have the ability to track effectively the top import network issues and customer's requirement
7.    Be very good at making delivery valuable reprot and giving presentation to customer high management.
8.    Very good ability to manage a team in region and fulfill SLA follow project plan routine internal report
9.    Have strong communication ability with customer and handle their requirement by RF solution design routine external report and meeting minutes
10.    Have capability to identify and implement solution to manage and avoid technical risk within project technical management
11.    Capability to make project delivery accept by customer follow with plan RF activity PAT or PAC
