Job Description
    Perform Data Analytic on CEM OTT KQI data coming from CEM platform
    Assess current CEM OTT KQI achievement, benchmark with standard value in market, identify gap
    Review and provide proposal for CEM OTT KQI Improvement
    Collaborate with E2E SME Expert team & Back Office team to deliver KQI improvement and resolve CEM OTT KQI problem

Basic Requirement
    Minimum Bachelor Degree on Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronic/IT
    Fluent in English, both oral and written
    Advance proficiency in Word, Excel, Visio
    Familiar with major apps within Android and Ios platform
    Excellent communication & presentation skill
    Able to work independently, detail-oriented, multitasking, work based on priority
    Passionate, team player, self-initiative, creative problem solver

Technical Requirement
    At least 7 years of experience in CEM OTT KQI including Data Analytic and User Experience Improvement
    Familiar with main CEM OTT KQI such as RTT, Browsing Delay, Throughput, Packet Loss
    Has more than 1 CEM platform experience including Huawei Smartcare
    Good experience in persuading customer on CEM domain
    In depth knowledge of digital video, audio, metadata, and the post-production environment
    Experience with qualitatively grading and classifying video and audio content
    Understand video supply chain-specific technology such as XML and System Integration APIs
    Knowledge of media standards such as IMF, QuickTime formats, MPEG-2, H.264, WMV, subtitle, and caption timed-text formats
    Good experience on SQL database and query
    Has sufficient experience in E2E Network Problem Troubleshooting
    Past experience in E2E QOS is a plus
