Position Title: HSE and Sustainability Manager

Objective:
• Lead employees and contractors to achieve zero harm in EHS and Sustainability;

Key Responsibilities:
• A key player in the Onshore department management team, the Manager has a functional reporting to the regional HSE Director and a day to day interface with the Onshore department COO.

Who we are looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Safety management, industrial hygiene, or Sustainability and Social Sciences;
• Minimum ten years of safety experience in Onshore Pre-FEED and FEED environment;
• Minimum ten years of managing cross functional teams, and operating at a senior level;
• Certified Safety Professional designation is desirable;
• Minimum ten years of project management and financial budgeting;
• Minimum ten years leading, designing, managing and evaluating social sustainable strategies & programs;
• Strong knowledge of social and community issues such as education and training, First Nations cultural heritage, rural community economic development and health.

Position Title: Contract & Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall Procurement and Contracts activities and deliverables at Jakarta office.

Who we are looking for:
• At least 10 years’ commercial experience in a mega projects environment dealing with major contracts and procurement management
• Experience in global procurement and contracts in major/mega projects
• Good understanding of PTK 007 and local content
• Has SKK MIGAS PTK 007 Certification
• Extensive experience with tendering processes and techniques
• Experience in applying best practices in managing high volume, high value contracts and purchase orders
• Strategic thinking with a track record of the implementation of processes and procedures
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal customers, stakeholders and external service providers
• Excellent in both spoken and written English
• Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills.
• Experienced in negotiating services contracts in the oil and gas industry and familiar with specific legal contracts exposures in the oil and gas industry and the risk mitigation efforts
