2G-3G Senior RNO Engineer PT UCE Indonesia

·         Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in own profesional area.

·         Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes.

·         Identifies and solve technical problems

·         Share knowledge in own profesional area

·         Support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7 duty

·         Plan Radio Network Parameters for new sites

·         Prepare and analyze Radio Network Performance Indicators and Counters Reports

Coordinate various projects from Radio Network point of view

·         Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

·         Required skill(s): analyze radio network performance indicators, planning radio network parameters for new site, Radio Network Optimization.

·         Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

·         Having Knowledge in Drive Test with NEMO, GENEX PROBE and TEMS

·         Familiar with HUAWEI Tools

·         Willing to Work at JABO Area.

·         At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Applicants must be willing to work in JABODETABEK.

·         Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
