Job description
- You will work in a team with other highly motivated developers, designers, project managers and client based on Agile methodology to deliver successful projects
- Good products are built by balancing Business Requirements and Technical feasibility. You will be expected to be able to perform this balancing act for the best outcome of the client.
- Architecture Design (Classes, APIs, Re-usable Layouts) are crucial in the project startup phase. You will be in charge of system design and assign work based on timeline and capabilities of the developers in your team. You will also be active in hands-on development for your platform.
- Senior Developers will be expected to be good mentors of junior developers
- Technical Leads required for the following platforms: Ruby on Rails, Android & iOS

- Problem solving, Reliability, Respect and Educator are our company values and we are hiring according to these values
- Excellent English communication in both written and spoken medium
- Good foundation in software engineering principles
- Minimum 3 years work experience in software development
- Have a high standard for yourself and your work
- Travelling to Singapore is required on a regular schedule
- Experience in multiple platforms is a bonus
