VSAT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and supporting 24 hour Network Operations
- Monitoring facilities of the Network Operation Center
- 1st level problem handling and Customer Support
General Requirements:
- Male, maximum age is 25 years old
- Fresh graduate is welcomed
- D3 / S1 degree majoring in Information Technology, Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering or Information Management with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Good knowledge of IT, Networking and Telecom device, TCP/IP
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and problem solving skills
- Willing to work in shift
- Surabaya local resident is preferred
