General Information Sub-Regional Manager is a Single Point of Contact for each customer and other stakeholders in their representative sub-regional, manage all operational and administrative office functions based on OHSAS (Occupational Health & Safety Management), assist Regional Manager to perform the function daily operations, resolve any issues, be a mentor to each subordinates to increase their competencies thus supporting the achievement of company goals, as well as guiding and implementing improvement (TBIG WAY)in any operational activities in order to create the company's competitiveness through the continuous improvement process (PDCA).
Ensuring TBIG WAY in any implementation of Operations & Maintenance
Actively participate in the division planning activities with a sub-regional activities, planning resource needs and operational costs
Responsible to manage the company's assets in the form of towers, shelters, repeater and IBS through the appropriate treatment mechanisms and ensuring the security controlTop of Form
Responsible to ensure the completion of the documentation collection required to lease process required by the company
Responsible to ensure customer satisfaction by performing appropriate operational and maintenance services
Working together with the Asset Management Team to manage and ensure the completion of any renewal lease contract with landlord
Working closely with the Project Management Team to manage and ensure the completion of each project according to plan CME collocation
Providing accurate performance reports both internal customers (OM Div Head, Asset Management Div, Finance Div, Marketing Div) and external customers (Operators)
Organize internal and external coordination meetings to ensure the completion of any existing problems
Responsible to coordinate Maintenance Partners in planning and implementation process and control the quality of the execution works to make the company’s assets more productive and meet standards planned
Responsible to assess the performance of Maintenance Partners and suppliers to supportthe achievement of corporate targets
Responsible to take corrective action on the quality of work that is not in accordance with company standards
Doing handover of project works, ensuring the quality of the project works in accordance with the standards of the company
Ensure work is performed in accordance with company policy and did not violate the law region of Indonesia
Responsible for being an effective leader, communicator, negotiator, decision maker, problem solver and build systems that promote the success of the company
Being a mentor of each subordinates by providing guidance and support to increase the quality of competency and performance improvement
Persyaratan:
Male, max 35 years old
Minimum abachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Proven ability in tower maintenance and operation
Able to manage multiple project tasks
Have strong knowledge of telecommunication products and solution
Familiar in Information system/information technology
Excellent communication & deep knowledge in negotiation strategies and principles
Team oriented with ability to motivate, coach and supervise team members from various backgrounds
Willing to be placed around the working area of Tower BersamaGroup
