Senior Manager, Radio Network Planning

Job Description: Voice services performance: congestion, voice quality, voice retainability, voice accessibility, coverage, RAN Data services performance in the RAN: throughput, latency, accessibility, retainability, coverage, RAN and BSC/RNC Capacity SMS and MMS at RAN: delivery performance, RAN and BSC/RNC capacity Define RAN and BSC/RNC standard parametrization Develop process for coverage and capacity management Improve network coverage and capacity management: Implement new end to end process view, Plan and design the network for IP services evolution and MBB Job Requirement: Flexible, dynamic, process oriented, good multi cultural knowledge, good interpersonal skills, customer oriented Deep understanding of GSM/UMTS/HSPA planning and design, familiar with RNP equipment from multiple vendors Proficiency in English Minimum Bachelor in engineering (telecommunications or electronics) Minimum experience 7 years Simply quick apply or send application and CV (max. 200 KB) to: lifeinaxis@axisworld.co.id Please ensure to put the job title in subject of your email: (SM, RNP)
