RADIO NETWORK PLANNING (RNP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experiences in GSM, CDMA or 3G RNP (Radio Network Planning) or RNO (Radio Network Optimization) within a mobile operator environment.
- Experience for network designing, network planning and network optimization with industry standard and proprietary planning and analysis tools and site databases.
- Experience in designing, planning and antenna configuration of sites
- Radio Planning Tools – Netact or similar
- TEMS investigation
- Primus & other CSR realted tools
- Mapinfo/MCOM
- NeXplorer
- Customer handling experience in face to face meetings (intermediate skill).
- Capable in Ms Office application.
- Willingness to work under pressure.
- English literacy (preferably).
- Self-motivated, have good analytical and technical skills in preparing reports.
