JOB DESCRIPTION: General Responsibility Content management update for our various digital channels Implementation and utilization of Web analytics on analytics on analyzing traffic and behavioral segments on our website Surveillance and developing report framework from various data sources Work together with the Digital Initiative team to provide analytical support for benchmark criteria on measuring online metrics and KPI s Assisting the Digital Initiative team by providing Data and Insight to make data driven decisions Technical Responsibility Designing, constructing and running reports using various online web-analytics solution Constructing reporting dashboards in Excel with external queries. Has a basic knowledge in SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / PPC (Pay Per Click) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies Mastery of Excel, Power point and other software tools for reporting and presenting data. Thorough understanding of Web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and XML Experience with web analytics program e.g. Google Analytics.
