TEAM LEADER / SENIOR OPTIMISATION

Qualifications:

• Has capability of Team Leader/Senior RF Optimisation
• Has capability of Live Network Swapping
• Know of RF Strategic Optimization
• Has experience of Nokia BSS parameter (Mandatory)
• Has experience of Nokia Counter (Mandatory)
• Experience of Initial tuning Network & QC Presentation to Customer
• BSC Owner Capability
• Nokia RF Optimization tools (Plan edit, ND report, Oss NetAct counter)
• Willing to work under preasure and limited time line
• Nokia BSS Equipment experience (Mandatory)
• Has experience in RF Network Optimisation for more than 5 years
• Graduated S1 majoring from telco
