2. SENIOR RNO ENGINEER (CDMA/GSM/3G)

Responsibility:

• Drivetest
• DT data collecting & post data analysis
• Making drive test report
• RF trouble shooting
• RF technical support
• RNO/P training
• DT data post processing & analysis report
• Monitoring OMC KPI/KPI analysis report

Requirement:

• Male
• At least half year of experience for Drive Test
• At lest 2 years of experience for RNO
• Bachelor degree in telecommunication of related field of study
• Familiar with tools&sotfware eg: Agilent/Tems/Actix/Map info/GPS/compass/gradienter/etc
• Good knowledge of CDMA/GSM/3G
• Have strong ability of RF troubleshooting
• Have strong knowledge of RF optimization procedure
• Have Huawei project experience in RNP/RNO is preferred
• Good in communication skill
• Excellent in English
• Willing to travel frequently
• Willing to work under high pressure
