Pertamina Account Manager


My client is market leader within oil services company base in Jakarta. They are currently looking for Pertamina Account Manager.


Responsibilities

- Direct and develop comprehensive account management plans to grow revenue; ensure strategies are consistent with overall objectives for the geographical area of responsibility.
- Act as a focal point and establish positive relationships with the managed account, focused on management level.
- Acquire comprehensive understanding of client / focus areas.
- Establish performance matrix for customer profitability, account goals and account strategies at managed account.
- Report accurate market intelligence within the managed account for total available market, market share position, competitor strategies and growth opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly account reviews with Product Line Representatives to follow up on strategies and review performance.
- Ensure pricing strategies are followed at managed accounts.
- Develop Productline specific strategies for growth

Education/Experienc e

- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years industry related field sales experience.
- Knowledge of the company Productlines
- Comprehensive, having previous relationships with Pertamina.

Skills Requirement

- Demonstrated success in technical sales in a business-to- business environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading a team.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Thorough understanding of customer business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships.
- Can demonstrate clear contractual management skills.
