QA QC Manager, Audex Pte Ltd

Responsibilities:
To handle full spectrum of Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions for the project assigned

To implement and manage the project Quality Assurance and Quality Control System as per established project quality plans

To identify, develop and supervise a team of project QC inspectors to ensure that Quality Assurance activities meet established targets and standards

Timely implementation, supervision and execution of the project daily inspection, testing activities and documentation preparation

To review and maintain the WPS & PQR and Welders Qualification Test; and witness Qualification Test

To review inspection and testing reports in particular for Mill Certificates, Tank Construction and Piping Test Package Preparation

To liaise with Clients and Sub-contractor on all QA/QC related activities, meetings and relevant issues

To critically review all non-conformance reports, defects reports; and then organize and manage the corrective action required to rectify the non-conformances

To conduct QA audit during the project for continuous improvement; and carry out necessary training for the project QC staffs

Requirements:
A minimum of 7 ~~ 10 years relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field of studies

Possess Welding certificate and Internal Auditor Certificates( if any)

Sound welding knowledge for steel structure, tankage and piping.

Good knowledge of oil terminal construction

Familiar with applicable industry codes and standards, such as API650, ASME IX and B31.3.

Good health and be able to work continuously in fast-paced project environment.

Positive attitude and result-driven

Strong analytical skill

Good interpersonal, management and decision making skills

Willing to travel overseas
