We are looking high caliber candidates to fill the following positions : GARMENT WORK STUDY ENGINEER / INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER ( GWS. – E/ I.E )
Duties & Responsibility :
· Report directly to Work Study Manager
· Issues and conforms standard rate
· Implement and maintains new engineered methods for better productivity and reduced operational cost
· Operator performance development
· Support production in all changing projects
Qualification
· S 1 in Industrial Engineering
· At least 2 years experience in garment manufacturing
· Honest, good analytical skill, communicative and able to work under pressure
· Good command in English and computer literate
· Able to work hard with team and self motivated
· Good knowledge in machine, folder and attachment
· Work study skills – potential, production, study operation breakdown, methods analysis, performance development
· Knowledge of quality / fabric is an advantage
· Knowledge of Marks & Spencer’s Standard system would be an advantage
