Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible in Project Implementation
- The position of Consultant II reports directly to one of the Senior Consultants or above in Asia-Pacific and assists in the day-to-day delivery of Comverse Converged Billings Systems Solutions to customers

- Entry point for new hires with limited working experience
- Work under limited supervision and direction
- Work on tasks of some complexity
- Beginning to work on more than one main tasks at a time
- Interface with partners and customers at the working level
- Functional areas to be worked on include but not limited to:
- Products & Rates
- Discounting
- Graphical User Interface (GUI)
- Message Guiding and Rating
- Bill Production
- Data Mediation
- Payments
- Financials & Collections
- Orders
- APIs
- AI
- THS
- Roaming
- Kenan Revenue Settlement
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis for a small module with limited supervision
- Prepare IPA workshop materials
- Assist senior consultants in conducting IPA workshops
- Own a chapter of the IPA
- Design a limited complexity module with supervision
- Document own design
- Configure a limited complexity module based on the design document with supervision
- Assist senior consultants in configuring more complex modules
- Conduct thorough unit testing on own configurations
- Conduct thorough unit testing on other’s configurations of some complexity
- Conduct full investigation on system anomalies
- Document all unit test cases, expected results and observed results
- Follow defect management process in identifying, investigating, and resolving defects
- Support integration test, UAT, and migration dry runs
Job Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Good Kenan product knowledge
- Good Telecom, billing, or CRM knowledge
- Good database skills
