Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage XL Brand and Mobile Data Services (MDS) communication strategy
- Collaborate with product owner to determine USP for MDS product and plan on each MDS-Non Mass project for the whole integrated campaign
- Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) MDS - Non Mass Brand budget especially creative budget to ensure A&P Efficiency
- Analyze and monitor the deployed communication materials, gather regional report and consumer report and point some key findings
- Prepare 3rd party pitching to seek the best communication material results (Agency/ PH/ Photographer/ Ambassador)
- Manage research content, develop direction of the research and market reading situation to find the best communication formula (message) and distinct creative output
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor/ Graduate (S1) degree with 5 years experience in handling Marketing Communication activities such as: Branding, Creative Media, Conventional Media
- Advance knowledge of marketing & communication (Planning, Monitoring, Quality Control)
- Exposure to telco business is an advantage
- Has the ability to manage A&P Budget
