Requirements:

• Diploma/University degree, majoring in Electronic Engineering (1)
• Diploma/University degree with major related to the field of work is preferable (2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12)
• Diploma/University degree, majoring in Psychology/Human Resource Management (3)
• Diploma/University degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering (5)
• SLTA in any discipline (13, 14)
• SMK, majoring in Electronic/Electric/Machine (15)
• Having experienced in related field
• 3 years in specific experience as an electronic application engineer involve in house board design and has accessibility to component manufacture experience (1)
• 3 years experience in ISO system implementation and management together with hands on experience on product audit and also experience in most of the basic material process knowledge (2)
• Able to design and develop testing tool, training and development plan, balance scorecard-key performance indicator, performance appraisal, industrial relationship, coaching and counseling, etc (3)
• Having knowledge on manufacturing business process is preferable (4)
• Good analysis and calculation in electronic manufacturing process (5)
• Good analysis, calculation and negotiation skill (5, 6)
• Understand ISO 9001, 14001 and SMK-3 (7)
• Able to operate molding injection machine, understand molding injection concept and able to trouble shooting for molding defect (11)
• Able to read mechanical drawing and able to operate measuring equipment (12)
• Able to communicate in English both spoken and written ( 1-12)
• Able to speak Japanese or Mandarin is an advantage (1-12)
• Able to operate computer ( 1-12)
• All candidates must have a strong interpersonal skill, good communication skill and hard-working
• SLTA/SMK/Diploma/University fresh graduated with majoring related to the position is welcome.
