Finance and HR Staff
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

  • Update employee database and company organigram
  • Manage recruitment process & hiring
  • Manage HR policies
  • Manage HR Admin (attendance, personnel file, sick leave, annual leave, etc)
  • Manage Compensation & Benefit (payroll, medical reimbursement, staff grading, etc)
  • Manage General Affair (follow up and prepare for renewal of company documents/permits/expat documents/passport, company apartments, office management & stationary - including purchasing, inventory and travel arrangement)
  • Prepare report for Jamsostek
  • Handle visa and passport applications (renewal / new application)
  • Handle petty cash (daily expenses)
  • Prepare reimbursement and business expenses report
  • Prepare tax report

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law/Psychology/Administration/Economy
  • Minimum 3 years experience in handling Human Resource, General Affair and Finance
  • Having experience to handle tax is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (compulsory)
  • Hands on with multitasking
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Age : 25 - 35 years old
