Corporate Finance Division Head

Overview

The job position is responsible in managing, coordinating and monitoring overall functions/aspects of corporate finance, which includes the operations of treasury, funding, collection and revenue assurance. This job is also required the competency on managing IPO and the other project whenever available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and submiting report of fund resourcing and expenses to holding.
• Reviewing the report of fund usage by Treasury Department.
• Reviewing tax report and ensure the tax payment timely.
• Negotiating the payment schedule to the Content Providers; controlling and managing the outstanding payment as per scheduled.
• Preparing annual budget for all departments under Corporate Finance Division and ensuring the expenses within the approved budget.
• Ensuring all the reports related to account receivable and expenses are accurate and provided timely.
• Responsible to provide the reliable financial information and explanation requested by external parties in related to bond issuer and go public.
• Managing the relationship and intensive communication with financial institutions (bank and non-bank).
• Ensuring the fund management will get the highest returns from the bank, including the best exchange rates for foreign currencies.
• Reviewing and monitoring the accurate collection and as per schedule.
• Obtaining the external fund resourcing effectively.
• Monitoring the LC issued and ensure its policy and the best model to implemented.
• Analyzing the actual and potential revenue.
• Ensuring the coordination with the related divisions/departments to obtain the required data for financial report/analysis.
• Responsible to provide the financial information to the underwriter, security company, bank, auditor, law firm, appraiser and during the due diligence for IPO.
• Coordinating with holding company for related financial transactions and reports.
• Other tasks to be given later, in related to the operations of Treasury, Collection, Revenue Assurance and Funding.

Skills and Specifications

• Minimum education: degree (S1) or higher in Corporate Finance
• Minimum 10 years experience in relevant job positions
• Experience in managing IPO is an advantage
