CME Coordinators

Mission:
As a person fully in charge of the success of building several telecommunication towers in certain area. In this mission the person must ensure that contractors and local people are supportive to the accomplishment. Reporting to Project Manager.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Having at least 3 years experience as a CME Supervisor in BTS Contractor company.
- Capable to plan and execute the project. Control the project budget, time schedule, and contractors, to meet the Key Performance Indicators.
- Good knowledge of project management in this BTS business.
- Strong in managerial and leadership skills
- High motivation and self driven, fast learner and initiative, can work independently and in team
- Willing to stay in outer islands such as Sumatera, or Kalimantan, or Sulawesi.
- This position is not for Fresh Graduate.
