Trade Merchandising Executive
Job Responsibility:
· Execute Brand and Trade communication at trade level via POS material deployment (via 3rd party agency and sales team), including Retail branding project and non-trade visibility
· Work together with Marketing Communication on POS Material production, allocation and delivery for trade / channel / customer
· Generate idea for POS Material to maximize visibility and brand communication at trade
· Establish Merchandising Guideline to be implemented by Sales team and Merchandiser
· As controller and checker of any Trade Marketing activities (Trade Merchandising, Trade Promotion and Sales Road Show, Trade Event & Sponsorship, Trade Communication) at regional and areas
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree.
- A marketing /business/economics/engineering degree with at least 4 years of experience in Trade Marketing (preferably from the FMCG, telecommunication or tobacco sectors) and has worked in a competitive environment.
- Field oriented person with adequate conceptual thinking (70% field, 30% office), high travelling frequency
- Demonstrate a good understanding of trade structure and fair knowledge of brand management
- Displays strong willingness to grow and open to new challenges
- Has strong positive attitude and motivation with a ‘can do’ character
- Has high tolerance and capacity to complete multiple projects within tight deadlines
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Have excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
