We are a multinational company engaged in the business of development and management of
Telecommunication towers, expanding our operations here in Indonesia. We require highly
Qualified personnel for the following position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have a University education within Telecommunication, Information Technology and Electronics or Similar
- Total of over 10 years experience in Telecom Operations with a minimum of 5-10 years experience in a Senior Network Operations Management position
- Have experienced 5 years in Telco, IT, VoIP, Wireless, VSAT, Terrestrial Network and ISP/NAP industry plus have a good understanding Implementation, Trouble shooting
- and Maintenance service which based on SLA
- Over 2 years experience of working in Senior Level Managed Services environment either with Operator or with Vendor
- Proven record in leading large operational organizations
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Excellent knowledge and skills in Leadership with result oriented in order to motivate people and conscious of responsibility
- Flexible and responsive to changing work pattern and demands
- Excellent communication and presentations skills. Ability to communicate effectively on executive level
- Highly developed consultative skills, performance driven, excellent business understanding skills, excellent Financial understanding
- Customer Orientation with good understanding of Indonesia Market Service providers/operators business requirement
- Excellent in Negotiation experience
- Experienced in implement effective O & M processes and procedures
- Have senior experience in areas of Operations and Maintenance functions as HR planning, budgeting, process design, facility management and familiar with service functions
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- The Senior Manager will lead the Indonesia Managed Service Operations also will be the main interface towars clients served by the Managed Service
- For the Managed Service Operations is to take full responsibility for all managed network/projects and its organizations (field operations, Network Operations Centre and Back office etc.)
- Ensure that budget and profitability is managed for the managed services
- Ensure that the Managed Services department is adequately staffed and that key positions at the Managed Services are delegate to the personnel with adequate training and skills to perform the task
- Define/negotiate service supply contracts with customer
- Establish high quality work standards to manage customers’ network effectively
- Depth knowledge of Vendor Operator relationship for Managed Services
