Account Manager for IT Solution & Consulting Services Berca Hardayaperkasa

You are responsible for building strong customer relationship & aggressively develop & manage strategic accounts in General industry (AM-CS), ensuring the sales activities achieve company objectives. You will establish network of communication to the highest level within your client’s organization, be able to clearly & persuasively communicate our company capabilities in products & services, which result in business deals.

Required Knowledge and skill:

  • Strong multi-tasking & presentation skills, abundant self-confidence & energy
  • Develop-execute sales plans (target, strategy, performance measurement; tactics, daily management).
  • Aggressively develop-manage strategic accounts & build strong relationship by consultative approach.
  • Able to persuasively communicate our capabilities in various products/services to result in business deals.
  • Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation & influencing clients.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, good presentation skill; strong leadership, analytical thinking, good communication; interpersonal skills; result-oriented attitudes & willingness to learn.
  • Minimum S1 degree, any discipline, power-base selling, negotiation selling, account management classes
  • Minimum 2-3 years successful sales experience in IT solution such as; Supply Chain Management, Business Intelligent, Customer Relationship Management, & Business Consulting.
  • Knowledge on the following application/tools is an advantage: Oracle Apps, JDEdwards, PeopleSoft, SAP, BPCS, Baan, IFS, Cognos, Business Object, Microstrategy, Hyperion, Siebel, etc.
