Responsibilities:
- Computing or similar subject related degree/diploma
- Interpersonal sensitivity and customer responsiveness
- Leadership skills
- Ability to communicate technical contents clearly
- Strong consulting skills, flexibility and resourcefulness
3 years' experience in the following:
- Strong working knowledge of Network infrastructure solution (not limited to Cisco, Bluecoat and F5)
- Terminal Service familiarity/Remote Connectivity tools. Enterprise patch management tools.
- Hardware knowledge & basic troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge and experience with Cisco, Bluecoat and F5
- Hands on experience in Networking รข€“ LAN / WAN.
- Experience on Server Performance Analysis & Capacity Management
- Co-ordinate with Hardware vendors and regional support teams
Have the basic knowledge in IT Service Management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Wide Area Network (WAN), Microsoft Exchange Server, Local Area Network (LAN).
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time and Contract position available.
