VOICE NETWORK ENGINEER (VNE)

Special requirements:

• Male/ Female aged 23 – 35 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience in Voice & IP telephony
• Experience in installation PABX (setup, operation, administration)
• Familiar with Call Center & Contact Center Solution, Billing System, Call Recording, CTI and IVR
• Having any certification AVAYA PABX System or others will be advantage
• Familiar with LAN/WAN, wireless (WiFi), VLAN, VPN, Switching
• Holding at least diploma (D3) degree in the related fields

• Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, secara lisan atau tertulis
• Dapat menggunakan alat ukur : Site Master, Ber Test, dll
• Bersedia ditempatkan ke luar kota selama project berlangsung
